National Bourbon Day
Join us for a tradition that's been part of Brookfield since the beginning. Fresh catch, cold Guinness, and the kind of crowd that makes you feel at home.

Every Friday night at Irish Times is a small ceremony. The kitchen fires up the fryer, the bar fills with familiar faces, and something happens that you can't manufacture or fake. It's the kind of evening that reminds you why this place has been part of Brookfield for over two decades.
Our fish fry starts at five o'clock and runs until we close. We use fresh Atlantic cod, hand-cut and battered the way it should be. The chips are thick and golden. The mushy peas come from a recipe that's traveled with us from the old country. It's simple food, done right, the way it was meant to be eaten.
